Q: What are the Laser tolerances?
Standard quotes are based on +/- .003". Closer tolerances are possible, but contact us first before requesting a project quote.

Q: What do you charge for programming?
IZZA charges $50 per hour, billed in 1/4-hour increments. We provide you with an estimate of these charges before starting your job.
Q: What if I need a sample for testing before I run parts?
No problem - we're always happy to produce a single part, and will credit 50% of prototyping charges toward your first production run.
Q: Do you accept payment via credit card?
No we do not. Orders are normally shipped COD unless you make other arrangements in advance. Please call if you have other billing or payment questions.
Q: What is your privacy policy?
We believe in privacy for all of our customers. We never share, sell, trade or otherwise exploit any information given to us by customers or potential customers. We will gladly sign a confidentiality agreement on any project.
